Using this website
This website describes guided day tours in Canada and lets you request quotes. Tour descriptions are typical itineraries provided for information only. They are not offers, and no tour is booked until we confirm it in writing.
Quotes
Quotes are prepared for the date, group size and options you request, are provided in Canadian dollars, and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Availability is not guaranteed until you confirm and we acknowledge your booking.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Payment instructions are provided with your quote if you choose to proceed.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
The cancellation and change terms for each tour are stated in the quote and confirmation. Tours may be cancelled or changed because of weather, road or ferry conditions, safety, minimum numbers or other circumstances beyond our control. In that case we will offer an alternative date or a refund as set out in the quote.
Operators and third parties
Tours are delivered by independent tour operators and are subject to their safety and conduct rules. Admissions, ferries, cruises and similar services may be provided by third parties under their own terms.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information, including any accessibility, dietary or medical needs that may affect the tour, and arrive at the meeting point on time. Travel insurance is recommended.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Independence
BookTours.ca is a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of the Government of Canada, Parks Canada or any tourism authority. Names of places, parks and landmarks are used only to describe the tours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
